Job Summary
Shift Lead for Mission Yogurt at Caribou Coffee inside Denver Airport; oversees daily operations, supervises team members, ensures high-quality service and guest experience, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, coaches and trains staff, assists with labor planning and cost objectives, maintains logs (knife and temperature), and handles guest feedback while upholding company policies and safety. Requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of back-of-house and front-of-house restaurant Lead experience.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, flexible schedules, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
