Shift Lead

Shift Lead at a Taco Bell franchisee supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, ensuring Team Members complete assigned duties, and delivering safe, quality food with friendly service. Responsible for guiding and assisting Team Members, resolving customer complaints quickly and with a smile, providing constructive feedback, communicating openly with the Restaurant Management team, and following cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming workplace for both employees and customers.
