Oversee daily operations as Shift Lead after starting as a Baker, with progression to Shift Lead and a base pay plus tips; lead a team, handle no-shows, delegate tasks, manage cash deposits, and report issues to management. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of leadership experience in the food service or retail industry.
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products, even in a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Comfortable with being the person who co-workers will look to for leadership during busy periods.
- Team player who understands personal accountability and that staff performance is a reflection of its leader(s).
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
