Job Summary
Shift Lead at a large greenhouse cannabis producer responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, leading the retail team to meet revenue goals, coaching Store Associates, and ensuring compliance with state cannabis regulations. Core duties include driving shift operations, opening/closing procedures, coaching for KPI attainment, cash handling and deposits, POS system management, staff training, handling escalated customer issues, maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house, and supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Requires strong leadership, customer service orientation, compliance knowledge, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Background check to obtain Facility Agent card (Arizona)
- 1 year supervising or retail management experience with 1-2 years dispensary experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of cannabis POS systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
