Job Summary
Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit, receive food and beverage orders, and enter them correctly into the POS. Anticipate guest needs, note preferences, and prepare drinks for the dining room as necessary. Handle guest situations with empathy, completing all opening, mid, and closing procedures while adhering to cash handling policies. Keep all restaurant areas clean and organized, assist with patio furniture setup, and maintain outside fixtures. Speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location, with flexibility in schedule preferred. Hourly pay is $18.00 - $22.00 plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to be cross‐trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred
