Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Little Beet in NYC Midtown East. Responsibilities include providing friendly, attentive service, taking food and beverage orders, entering orders into Toast POS, anticipating guest needs, preparing drinks, handling guest situations with empathy and escalating to a manager when needed, completing opening/closing procedures and daily checklists, managing cash and receipts per policy, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with patio setup and outdoor maintenance. Cross-training across dining room and retail space is preferred. Qualifications include 3-6 months restaurant experience or training, POS experience (Toast a plus), and flexible scheduling.
