Job Summary
The Shift Lead at Le Pain Quotidien is responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to guests, managing food and beverage orders through the POS system, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining knowledge of menu items. Duties include preparing drinks, handling guest situations, completing opening and closing procedures, managing cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant. A candidate should have 3 to 6 months of restaurant experience, with preference for POS system familiarity. Flexible scheduling is a plus.
