Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general restaurant operations, ensuring facilities remain well-maintained and running smoothly. Respond to guest needs with excellent customer service skills while assisting managers with executed tasks. Maintain a guest-focused culture by delivering fast service, friendly interactions, and clean environments. Proficient with calculators, computers, and other equipment required for store operations. Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a guest focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
