Job Summary
Greet all customers with a smile, a wave, and a friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and membership benefits. Safely guide guests through wash options, engage pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Execute opening and closing site responsibilities, maintain on-site equipment, and oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety. Ensure facilities remain clean, comply with legal requirements, and troubleshoot issues as needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Base pay plus commission for top three membership plans sold, paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match included.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
