Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile and wave, actively selling unlimited wash membership packages while guiding guests through service options. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, oversee employee productivity and breaks, and ensure facilities remain clean and compliant with all policies. Execute opening and closing site responsibilities, maintain on-site equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Base pay includes commission for top three membership plans sold, with paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for serving others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
