Job Summary
Shift Lead at Chick-fil-A responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and team performance. Manages day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment, opens/closes shifts, counts drawers, trains new hires, and coaches team members to meet goals while embodying Chick-fil-A values (Integrity, Grit, Servant's Heart). Engages guests with excellent communication, builds emotional connections, and maintains a positive, collaborative team culture. Offers supervisory support, acts as a role model for the team, and participates in bonus plans, growth opportunities, and development initiatives.
