Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Chick-fil-A responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring safe, accurate food service in a welcoming environment. Lead shift from position, complete after-shift reports, move team members as needed to support operations and avoid bottlenecks, participate in leadership development and mentorship programs, ensure quality and procedural standards are met, and ensure training is completed in the area of responsibility. Maintain Core 4, CFA standards for service and cleanliness, manage costs, maintain equipment, handle guest issues, control the flow of food and guests, and provide clear constructive feedback to help team members learn and grow.
