Job Summary
Supervise store personnel during assigned shifts to ensure operational standards, SOPs, and safety protocols are met. Develop, train, and coach associates for career growth while maintaining confidentiality and supporting customer service for donors and shoppers. Perform all workstation functions, monitor store appearance, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate company records. Complete required safety training, CPR/First Aid certifications, and attend mandatory meetings. Work rotating shifts including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to adapt to growth and a changing environment within the Agency
- Ability to complete and maintain: CPR and First Aid certifications
- Reliable transportation and communication required
- Must be available to work during operating business hours as needed for business operations
- Work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays and blackout periods, weekends are required
Desired Qualifications
- High School degree or GED, preferred
- Prior retail experience or customer service/ relations experience preferred
- 6 months supervisory experience preferred
- bilingual a plus
