Job Summary
Shift Lead at S&G serves as direct support to the Store Manager, ensuring the store operates efficiently and in compliance with policies and laws. Leads customer service, greets customers, enforces policies, maintains a clean and organized store, processes cash and card transactions with integrity, ensures merchandising programs and plan-o-gram integrity, maintains fresh foodservice products, monitors activities for proper transactions, and responds to emergencies for safety. Requires retail/customer service experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for a shift, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
