Job Summary
Shift Lead/Key Holder at Nothing Bundt Cakes drives guest satisfaction and bakery operations alongside the Bakery Manager. Responsibilities include leading guest experience, cake production and presentation, inventory control, training and coaching team members, ensuring food safety and quality standards, assisting with cake production plans and reports, opening/closing tasks including cash handling, and contributing to local marketing and events. Hands-on involvement across bakery roles to support daily operations and maintain NbC standards.
