Shift Lead

Maintain inventory and direct efficient product preparation and sale to meet speed of service guidelines. Review restaurant results to identify successes and improvement areas while ensuring operational and brand standards are upheld. Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations through accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings. Provide coaching and feedback to increase the team's capabilities, performing Team Member duties when necessary. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in driving key performance outcomes during assigned shifts.
