Job Summary
Support the RGM by running great shifts independently, focusing on customer satisfaction and team responsibilities. Ensure a clean appearance for team members, compliance with food safety standards, and quick resolution of customer complaints. Actively participate in training and provide feedback to team members while managing profit and loss through efficient cash control and inventory management. Maintain health and safety standards, perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting, and uphold a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Strong preference for internal promote from Hourly Champion position
- Ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees
- Able to do basic business math
Additional Requirements
- Employee typically averages 30+ hours a week, but hours may vary depending on operational needs of the business
