Take orders, run the POS, and make cash. Craft stellar drinks by mixing coffees and premixes fast and flawless. Jump in wherever needed during slow spells and greet every guest with genuine smiles. Know every recipe to steer guests to their perfect drink. Follow food-safety and sanitation rules while maintaining a clean environment. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. Maintain an upbeat, engaging personality and stay calm during the rush. Be comfortable with hot liquids, outdoor weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Stand, bend, climb, and weave through the drive-thru for hours. Work flexible shifts from 5 a.m. opens to 11:30 p.m. closes, including weekends and holidays.
