Job Summary
Lead assigned shifts as the designated key holder and primary supervisor in the absence of the Operating Partner and General Manager, supporting daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance. Direct customers to monthly wash membership sales at the pay station, starting conversations, educating clients on program value, and closing transactions to drive revenue. Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment while ensuring compliance with safety, mechanical, and customer service standards. Operate electronic devices and handle tasks requiring a minimum 25-pound lift. Join a fully automated express car wash business in the Southeast known for setting new standards in speed and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer
- Experience in customer service, operations, or team-based roles
- Be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Have a basic understanding of mechanical systems
- Be able to operate electronic devices
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Lead by example
- Be a problem solver
