Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. Deploy staff correctly throughout the shift to maintain smooth service and spot compliance opportunities. Manage the team to cultivate a great experience while making autonomous decisions at pace. This role requires full-time commitment of 36.75 hours per week with shifts ranging from 6am to 10pm.
