Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations as the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. Deploy staff correctly to meet customer needs and cultivate a positive team experience throughout your shift. Maintain strict safety compliance by spotting opportunities for improvement and ensuring the store meets all standards. Manage autonomy to make customer-focused decisions at pace while motivating the team. This part-time role requires 24 hours per week with shifts running from 6am to 10pm. You will be part of B&Q's mission to help customers create homes they'll love.
