Job Summary
As a Shift Lead, the Client Service Coordinator (CSC) enhances client and pet flow through the veterinary hospital, aiming for exceptional client care and productivity. The role involves client education about hospital services and pet health needs, managing client documentation and finances, and ensuring an efficient operation. Essential skills include strong communication, organizational ability, problem-solving, and client service, with a requirement of one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and exposure to radioactive substances
- One year of related experience required with customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, and compute rate, ratio and percent
Desired Qualifications
- Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training preferred.
