Job Summary
Provide excellent guest service, ensure product quality and consistent service, and maintain the restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized. Support shifts to ensure accurate production and flow, assist in training team members on station processes, and uphold company and brand standards. Manage cash handling, complete daily administrative paperwork, and monitor inventory levels under General Manager direction. Respond to customer concerns promptly, maintain positive morale, and cross-train to master all restaurant positions. Work AM or PM shifts with flexibility for both, supporting the General Manager in achieving location goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' restaurant experience
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by FMS/Skyport, brand partners, airport, federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment
- Ability to use basic math; e.g., addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
- Must successfully complete required airport security and background screening, including a federal background check

Desired Qualifications
- ServeSafe Certified a plus
- Flexibility to work both AM and PM shift hours is highly preferred
