Job Summary
Shift Lead at Domino's supports the Store General Manager in running daily operations per operating standards, supervises crew, and delivers strong customer service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include pizza preparation, delivering to designated orders, handling nightly deposits and GM-absent paperwork, cash management, people management, inventory and labor analysis, ensuring cleanliness and equipment maintenance, interviewing/hiring/onboarding new team members, overseeing food packaging, and rotating commissary deliveries. Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends; 18+ years old with customer service or restaurant experience recommended; strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate teams. Pay rate is $15.55–$20.00 hourly with potential bonus; location is Eagle Point, Oregon (in-person).
