Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill with no task too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach and motivate crew members, and help train new team members while maintaining cleanliness and brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work Monday through Friday in the morning or evening shift, on your feet around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting. Food safety certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Food safety certification (such as ServSafe)
