Job Summary
Shift Lead 2 will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers with pool and spa care needs, accurately and timely completing sales transactions using the POS system, maintaining a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment, assisting with merchandising and inventory control, and performing open/closing duties including bank deposits. Requires 18+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with reliable transportation; experience in customer service or retail; leadership experience preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs and complete training within two months of hire.
