Job Summary
Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs while accurately completing sales transactions using the POS system. Maintain a clean, well merchandised environment and support inventory control efforts. Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits, to ensure store operations run at optimal performance. This role supports the General Manager in retail operations across Leslie's 900+ retail locations, with pay ranging from $17.40 to $18.90 hourly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and possess strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Customer service experience or retail experience
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- The ability to lift 50 lbs
