Job Summary
Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs while accurately completing sales transactions using the POS system. Maintain a clean, well merchandised environment and assist with merchandising and inventory control. Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits, to support general store operations. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, capable of lifting 50 lbs. Earn $13.00 - $15.00 per hour. This role is part of Leslie's integrated ecosystem of retail locations, service, and digital platforms, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Customer service experience or retail experience
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- The ability to lift 50 lbs
