Job Summary
Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs while accurately completing sales transactions using the POS system. Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment, and assist with merchandising and inventory control. Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits, to support general retail operations. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience leading a team (preferred). Located across 900+ retail locations in 35+ states, Leslie's serves residential and professional consumers with an extensive assortment of essential pool and spa care products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Customer service experience or retail experience
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- The ability to lift 50 lbs
