Job Summary
Shift Lead at Culver’s responsible for ensuring guest and team happiness and smooth operations in a fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, helping prepare and/or serve food, supporting dining experiences, assisting teammates in a unified workplace, and maintaining energy in a fast-paced environment. Requires leadership capability, good communication, dependability, and strong ethics to lead a great team; 8 hour shifts with day or night coverage and weekend availability. Required Qualifications
- Recent past restaurant leadership experience (within 2 years)
- Must have held a Food Manager Safety Certification within the past 2 years (not food handler certification)
