Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Atomic Wings responsible for assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying team members, and delegating tasks to maintain daily systems with integrity. Key duties include delivering exceptional customer and store experiences, greeting and thanking customers, operating a cash register and handling cash, adhering to food safety and security guidelines, operating food preparation machinery, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the store and equipment. Requires computer skills (Microsoft), ability to stand and move in refrigerated environments, and a team-oriented approach to foster a collaborative work environment.
