Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill with no task too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach and motivate crew members, and help train new team members to build a strong culture. Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards while managing shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting with on-the-stand activity throughout your shift. Food safety certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
