Job Summary
Lead the shift by stepping in to run operations when management is absent and jump into every position including cashier, grill, prep, and dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach crew members, and help train new team members while maintaining a clean, safe environment up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks such as breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. This role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience and a team-first mindset. On your feet and active throughout the shift in a busy kitchen setting.
