Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time while coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members. Help train new team members, build a strong culture, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work on your feet around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting. This role offers real growth opportunities, with many leaders moving into Assistant and General Manager roles within a brand that values quality, teamwork, and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
