Shift Lead - 1475

Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to ensure fast, accurate service. Coach, support, and motivate crew members while helping train new team members to build a strong, positive culture. Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards, managing shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen setting, lifting and moving supplies as needed.
