Job Summary
Lead the shift by stepping into operations when management is absent and jump into every position, including cashier, grill, prep, and dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service while coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members to perform at their best. Help train new team members, maintain brand standards, and manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Required Qualifications
