Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time while coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members to perform at their best. Help train new team members, build a strong positive culture, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting with a team-first mindset. Real growth opportunities exist for leaders moving into Assistant and General Manager roles within this fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
