Job Summary
Execute warehouse and kitchen order fulfillment while managing inventory, safety, cleanliness, and equipment assets. Lead Operations Associates through shift operations, delegating tasks and serving as the primary escalation point for daily issues. Ensure high-quality customer experiences by communicating order updates and facilitating smooth Dasher pickups. Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience across the site. Maintain accountability for all company assets to prevent loss or theft.
Required Qualifications
- You're able to be on your feet and move heavy products.
- You are excited and physically able (with or without accommodation) to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You can operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
- You have the ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
- You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A college diploma is even better but not required.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You're organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- You have flexibility in your schedule.
- Depending upon the scheduling needs of the hiring site, you can be available for a number of different shifts a week.
Desired Qualifications
- You have a proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
- You have a college diploma.
