Job Summary
As a Shift Lead 1, you will ensure that the store meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, and profitability while learning to train and develop a team. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the General Manager on store operations, performing water analysis and repairs, increasing sales, maintaining safety protocols, and assisting with inventory control. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of retail experience, and excellent communication skills. This part-time position requires candidates to be 18 years of age and capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- Minimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven track record in the capacity of a Lead for at least 6 months
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have successfully completed testing on all required Intermediate training before becoming a key holder.
- New hires with managerial experience of a minimum of six months may be considered.
