Job Summary
Lead a Leslie's store to meet or exceed customer service standards and sales plans; learn and train others to follow store procedures; support profitability and merchandising objectives; perform water analysis and mechanical repairs as needed; ensure team safety, maintain a well-merchandised environment, assist with inventory control and opening/closing duties including daily bank deposits; requires HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, valid driver's license, and retail leadership experience; strong communication and computer skills; ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
- Minimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven track record in the capacity of a Lead for at least 6 months with successful completed testing on Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training modules (internal)
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
