Shift Lead - 0599

Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill with no task too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach and motivate crew members, and help train new team members while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. This hands-on leadership role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using POS systems. Food safety certification is preferred.
