Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach and motivate crew members, and help train new team members to build a strong culture. Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards while managing shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work on your feet around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting. Requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience, food safety certification preferred, and the ability to stay cool in a fast-paced environment.
