Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to ensure fast, accurate service. Coach, support, and motivate crew members while helping train new team members to build a strong, positive culture. Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards, managing shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting, lifting and moving supplies as needed. This hands-on leadership role offers real growth opportunities, with many leaders moving into Assistant and General Manager roles within a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
