Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time while coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members to perform at their best. Help train new team members, build a strong culture, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting, lifting and moving supplies as needed. On your feet, active, and engaged throughout your shift.
