Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill with no task too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach and motivate crew members, and help train new team members while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting, requiring someone who leads by doing and stays cool in a fast-paced environment. Food safety certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
