Shift Lead - 0537

Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill with no task too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach and motivate crew members, and help train new team members while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. This role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience, a team-first mindset, and comfort using POS systems. You'll work on your feet around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting. Real growth opportunities exist as many leaders move into Assistant and General Manager roles within this fast-paced, high-energy environment.
