Shift Lead - 0487

Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to dining room. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach crew members, and help train new team members while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. This hands-on leadership role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay cool in a fast-paced environment. You will work around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen setting, with food safety certification preferred.
