Shift Lead - 0470

Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill with no task too small. Deliver fast, accurate service, coach crew members, and help train new team members while keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks including breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. Work around hot equipment in a busy kitchen setting, lifting and moving supplies as needed. Requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience, food safety certification preferred, and ability to stay cool in a fast-paced environment. Real growth opportunities exist as many leaders move into Assistant and General Manager roles.
