Job Summary
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site, jumping into every position from cashier to grill to prep. Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time while coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members to perform at their best. Help train new team members, build a strong positive culture, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards. Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. This hands-on leadership role requires 1–2 years of restaurant experience, a team-first mindset, and comfort using POS systems. On your feet throughout the shift in a busy kitchen setting with hot equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Basic math
- Comfort using POS systems
