SHIFT LDR ENV SVCS

Manage daily housekeeping operations at Roane Medical Center by performing general cleaning of patient rooms and non-patient areas, handling linens, and safely mixing chemicals. Coordinate staff relief for meals and breaks, make work assignments, and assist in preparing schedules. Participate in hiring recommendations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary documentation while training new employees. Maintain stocked carts, follow infectious waste procedures, and conduct quality checks. Adhere to safety standards and complete annual education assignments.
